What is your return policy?

Qute does not offer returns.  We are committed to your satisfaction and if you are unhappy with your purchase we will offer an exchange for another product. The exchange must be made within 7 business days of you receiving the original order. All shipping costs for the exchanged product will be at the customer’s responsibility.   We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.

Do any products go on sale?

Yes, we have sales throughout the year.  Please follow our social media channels for updates.  You can also stay up to date by submitting your email address below so that you get our newsletters!

What are your products made of?

Qute products are Hypo-allergenic, fragrance free and sensitivity tested.  All lip wear contains Vitamin E for its soothing and healing properties, with Vanillin a natural extract.  Our products are highly pigmented.

I got my order and I’m not happy with it, what’s next?

Please send an email to Qutecosmetics1@gmail.com with your order number and the item (s) you are not satisfied with and we will contact you to begin processing an exchange.  We recommend that you also review our return policy for specifics.

Do you offer free samples?

Sorry, at this time Qute does not offer free samples.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.  They will arrive to you within 5-7 business days of order processing.

One of my favorite colors/products is not available anymore.

Qute colors do change occasionally but if the demand is high for a certain colors/products we may consider bringing it back in future collections.  So don’t be afraid to tell us what you love.

I placed an order and now the product is on sale.

We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.  All sale prices are only valid during the time of the sale.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide standard delivery to any domestic address.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military, restricted areas and all naval ports.  All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment.  An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Payments

Qute accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit cards and PayPal.  We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.  To better protect your privacy, this notice explains Qute Cosmetics online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Qute Cosmetics website.

  • The only personal information we collect is the customer’s name, street address, email address, credit card information and bank account number.

  • We use the personal information collected from the customer to process order(s) made and to forward you newsletters/announcements.  Personal information we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with other vendors or third-party companies.​

  • You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request detailing the errors.
