Shipping Policy

We provide standard delivery to any domestic address.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military, restricted areas and all naval ports.  All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within two working days upon confirmation of payment.  An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, Qute Cosmetics does not offer returns due to the nature of the products and caring for the safety of our customers. We are committed to your satisfaction and if you are unhappy with your purchase we will offer an exchange for another product. The exchange must be made within 7 business days of you receiving the original order. All shipping costs for the exchanged product will be at the customer’s responsibility.   We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.
